Remote BD Scientist - Biologics (In-Vivo Models) (Fresh PhDs & Postdocs strongly encouraged to apply)

• Compensation range: $80k--$110k base-salary (~$140k OTE, Uncapped)

Our Firm is partnered with a rapidly growing global biopharma (nearing half a billion in annual revenue) on a critical hire that sits at the intersection of science and strategy. If you're a scientist with hands-on experience in mouse modeling for biologics-think mAbs, ADCs, bispecifics, etc.-and you're curious about translating your bench expertise into a career in the Biopharma/Biotech industry (& getting off-bench sooner rather than later), this is your runway. What you'll do:

• Translate science to strategy. Engage with Biotech & Biopharma leaders, unpack their in-vivo needs, and connect them to the right biologics platforms and assets; then drive discussions through to signed agreements.
• Build the market. Proactively develop new relationships, cultivate key accounts, and negotiate terms that create win‑win collaborations.
• Be the face at the right places. Represent the company at scientific meetings and conferences; contribute to brand‑building and awareness alongside Marketing.

Qualifications:

• PhD (or equivalent) in a bioscience field with hands‑on in-vivo mouse modeling relevant to biologics discovery/development (oncology, immunology, neuro, metabolic, etc.).
• Curiosity about biopharma business and a go-getter mentality.
• Strength in scientific communication-verbal & written, compelling data storytelling, and ease interacting with senior scientists and leaders.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and key industry events.
• Must have U.S. work authorization (H1B transfers accepted).
