• Please Note We do not provide training for BCBA certification. Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification. Our training program is designed to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our company.

• Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
• Supervise ABA programs and staff
• Support and train caregivers & RBTs
• Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
• ## Requirements
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
