The AVP, Business Loan Specialist will assist the Lending division in delivering excellent customer service and support loan application processes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Lending division in providing outstanding customer service to existing and potential lending customers
• Assisting in the completion of loan applications and the compilation of necessary documents needed to pre-qualify loan applications and complete both the underwriting and closing process

Skills

• Intermediate computer proficiency and excellent phone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, i.e. Word, Excel, etc
• Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and problem solving
• Ability to meet deadlines and plan accordingly
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills are essential
• Self-motivating and great team work attitude
• Ability to quickly learn about company products and services
• Ability to multi task and work with several applications concurrently
• Mandatory participation in hands on training and coaching modules
• College degree is preferred
