The role involves evaluating translations, assessing grammar and fluency, and ensuring outputs reflect cultural context in Albanian language models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate translations and assess grammar and fluency
• Analyze tone and meaning, and identify inaccuracies or unnatural phrasing
• Review region-specific variations, including standard Albanian and commonly used dialects
• Engage with the model in Albanian and English, reviewing generated text for linguistic accuracy
• Annotate errors and provide corrected versions
• Document patterns in model performance
• Evaluate how well the model handles formal versus informal registers, technical terminology, or culturally specific references

• Native or near-native fluency in Albanian
• Strong reading and writing proficiency in Albanian
• Clear written communication
• Ability to explain linguistic corrections and reasoning
• Background in linguistics
• Background in translation
