They are seeking an experienced AI Systems Administrator to support the deployment, administration, and ongoing support of enterprise AI platforms within a large-scale organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise AI platforms and related management consoles
• Configure user access, permissions, and security settings
• Manage integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow, and other business applications
• Support SSO, identity management, and role-based access controls
• Monitor platform health, utilization, and adoption metrics
• Troubleshoot and resolve AI platform issues and escalations
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Support enterprise AI rollout activities and end-user adoption initiatives

Skills

• 5+ years of Systems Administration, SaaS Administration, or Cloud Administration experience
• Experience administering enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), Slack, or Zoom
• Experience with SSO, user provisioning, and access management
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience supporting AI governance or AI adoption programs
• Microsoft, Google, Okta, or Security certifications
• Experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.)
• Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, APIs)
