They are seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered applications, develop scalable data pipelines, and integrate machine learning models into production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications on modern enterprise data platforms
• Develop scalable data pipelines, semantic data models, and operational decision-support solutions
• Integrate machine learning models into production business workflows
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into scalable software solutions
• Build high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to architecture decisions
• Participate in code reviews and mentor engineering best practices
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, governance, and reliability standards
• Drive continuous improvement of AI-enabled products and platforms
• Stay current on emerging AI, software engineering, and data platform technologies

Skills

• 5–10+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to AI/ML systems (hiring across multiple levels)
• Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and its application development ecosystem
• Experience building operational applications, data models, workflows, and data pipelines within Foundry
• Advanced Python development skills
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data engineering, and scalable application architecture
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and MLOps best practices
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience building AI solutions that support planning, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, scheduling, or enterprise operations
• Experience designing and deploying high-availability, production-grade applications
• Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and modern cloud architectures
• Experience working within regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
