Responsibilities

• Review and validate financial data, invoices, and ledgers for accuracy and completeness
• Perform variance analysis and reconcile accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Evaluate exported data from ERP systems and provide clear, actionable feedback on findings
• Support and document financial reporting processes, including AP/AR workflows and month-end close activities
• Analyze real and synthetic finance tasks, mapping evidence to expected outputs with high attention to detail
• Communicate complex findings and insights in writing, demonstrating clarity and precision

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial data analysis and reporting
• Experience in accounting operations, AP/AR, financial reporting, reconciliation, or FP&A
• Proficient in reviewing and interpreting ERP reports, ledgers, and supporting documentation
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to identify and explain financial discrepancies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with at least of relevant experience
