The Senior Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Infor products by nurturing and developing sales opportunities, achieving both company and personal quotas.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with existing clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs
• Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the value, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients
• Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent annual quota achievement
• Challenge your clients and prospects to think differently by developing compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis
• Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans. Establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale

Skills

• Experience selling technology business solutions
• Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships across an organization
• Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
• Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales
• Previous success in achieving or exceeding assigned quotas
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Experience working cross functionally in a matrix-management environment with extended team members
• Previous experience within the SI partner community
