Skills

• You must have experience selling technology solutions or manufacturing equipment into CPG manufacturers
• You must have personally generated new business through outbound prospecting into these accounts
• You must currently be on EST or CST timezones
• Proven success selling software, technology solutions, automation, manufacturing systems, equipment, or related solutions into CPG manufacturers
• Demonstrable experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting
• A track record of winning net-new business
• Confidence engaging Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Directors, Engineering Leaders, Continuous Improvement teams, and Executive stakeholders
• High activity levels and strong commercial discipline
• A genuine hunter mentality
