We are seeking calm, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote 911 Operators. This role is perfect for those passionate about helping others during emergencies while working from the comfort of their homes. As a Remote 911 Operator, you will handle high-pressure situations, provide life-saving guidance, and connect individuals to emergency services.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls in a timely manner. Assess situations and determine the appropriate response or resources needed. Accurately log all call details using specialized computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems. Provide instructions for first aid, CPR, and other emergency procedures until help arrives. Stay calm and empathetic in high-stress situations. Communicate effectively with police, fire, and EMS services as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in emergency services are a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Must have access to a quiet, secure home office environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection. Prior experience in emergency response or customer service is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with computer systems and ability to type at least 35 words per minute. Shift Availability Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as emergencies are 24/7.
