U.S. Bank Corp is looking for a highly qualified professional to join our Regulatory Data Management and Reporting team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a high-paced environment, and the confidence to tackle complex data sets and regulatory reporting requirements.We are seeking an individual who has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. banking regulations, including Dodd-Frank, Volcker Rule, and Bank Secrecy Act, as well as a solid knowledge of data management and reporting concepts and best practices.If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working with data and is passionate about ensuring compliance with the latest financial regulations, then this opportunity may be right for you. We are excited to find the perfect addition to our Regulatory Data Management and Reporting team. Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze financial regulations, including Dodd-Frank, Volcker Rule, and Bank Secrecy Act. Ensure compliance with regulations related to data management and reporting. Manage and report on financial data sets. Identify and suggest solutions to data management and reporting issues. Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain a library of banking regulations and best practices. Provide training and guidance to staff on banking regulations and data management/reporting principles. Maintain accurate documentation of regulatory changes and their impacts. Create and update reports to track progress on regulatory compliance initiatives. Collaborate with other teams to ensure accuracy of data and reporting.
