The role involves investigating, analyzing, evaluating, and settling catastrophe claims, particularly those related to wind or hail, while providing excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles insurance claims for property damage within an assigned region, traveling to other locations as needed
• Investigates, analyzes, evaluates, and settles catastrophe claims, especially those involving wind or hail
• Determines claim value, negotiates settlements, and ensures accurate claim handling

• Superior skills in negotiation, customer service, written and verbal communication
• Ability to travel long distances and overnight when needed and lift/move/climb ladders for inspection in all temperatures
