Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Candidates joining our team will have great impact and help drive Keysight’s success by leading the design and development of cutting-edge new network test platforms - platforms combining high-speed networking with compute and FPGA resources Great opportunity to become a member of a well-respected and dynamic team and help lead the product direction for future product generations Contribute to all phased of hardware development from architecture through to production release Lead a diverse team of HW, SW, FPGA, mechanical, and ECAD resources towards release of new products Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields Drive projects and coordinate schedules, communication, tasks, and mitigate issues as they arise for multiple projects.

Qualifications

BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years relevant experience Strong skills and experience in people-management and development Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment Experience in leading and managing projects from cradle to grave, scoping, risk mitigation, and resource conflict management preferred. Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices Exposure to EMC, Safety and general compliance requirements preferred. Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials Strong analytical problem solving skills Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Careers Privacy Statement Keysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. California Pay Range: MIN $163,950 - MAX $273,250 Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
