Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for data quality improvement. Maintain and update provider data in various systems and databases. Develop and maintain data management processes and procedures. Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines related to provider data. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external providers to obtain necessary data and resolve any data-related inquiries. Participate in data-related projects and initiatives to support business objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to streamline data management processes. Train and mentor team members on data management best practices. Keep accurate documentation of data management activities. Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations for handling sensitive data. Continuously monitor data quality metrics and take corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to data management. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on data management activities and progress.
