Project Manager / Admin Assistant with Monday.com Experience (8-10 hours per week)

Remote · New Zealand Full-time

Description We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Manager / Administrative Assistant with strong experience in Monday.com to help streamline workflows, manage tasks, and keep projects on track. Hours per Week TBD.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage boards, automations, and dashboards in Monday.com
  • Organize and track project timelines, deliverables, and priorities
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
  • Communicate with external clients to schedule meetings and provide support
  • Maintain clear documentation and processes
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Requirements
  • Proven experience using Monday.com (please share examples)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up
  • Comfortable reaching out to external clients for scheduling and support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in marketing or creative teams is a plus Project Details
