Project Manager Department: Account Management Employment Type: Full Time Location: Mexico City Reporting To: Karla Nunez Compensation: $41,000 / month Description We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Mexico. You will be joining a fast-paced, collaborative client services team supporting global and enterprise-level brands. The team is responsible for managing and delivering a wide range of creative, print, and POSM initiatives, partnering closely with internal studios, production teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders to bring projects to life from brief through execution. This is a highly collaborative, client-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly and strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential. The role will work across multiple workstreams, supporting project management and briefing processes to ensure creative deliverables are executed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage digital marketing projects from initiation through delivery, including campaigns, websites, email, social media, and content production. Act as the day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication, alignment on expectations, and management of feedback and deliverables. Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, scopes, and resourcing plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, development, media, strategy) to brief, align, and monitor progress. Facilitate internal and client meetings (kick-offs, status updates, reviews, post-mortems), ensuring actions are documented and followed up. Identify risks and bottlenecks early, resolving or escalating issues to keep projects on track. Track project metrics and KPIs, reporting performance, results, and budget usage to stakeholders and clients. Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, maintaining consistency in delivery and quality. Collaborate with account managers to identify growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services. Ensure all digital deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications before launch. Skills and Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience managing projects in a fast-paced production, print, or marketing environment. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including studio/design, production, vendors, and technical support teams. Comfortable working within digital systems and technology platforms, including uploading assets and managing product information. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues proactively. Ability to problem solve and escalate issues appropriately to maintain timelines and quality standards. Confidence working directly with clients and internal account teams. Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment. Strong time management skills and the ability to follow through on deliverables with minimal supervision.
