About the job As a Project Manager, you will lead diverse, cross-functional projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and quality across Seco’s global Sales organization. You’ll be the connector—coordinating stakeholders, steering project planning and execution, and ensuring every initiative delivers on time, on budget, and to specification. Your responsibilities include: Build and manage comprehensive project plans. Lead and motivate project teams. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Drive documentation, reporting, and communication. Manage risks, changes, and deviations. Conduct project closure activities. Work in a fast-paced, global environment. You report to the Sales PMO Manager. The location for this position is not flexible; it is located in Poland. Your profile The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of project management experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. They possess strong project management, change management and communication skills, an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, and are highly proficient in IT. Comfortable in virtual, multicultural, and global teams, they are fluent in English and preferably hold certifications such as PMP, Agile, or IPMA.
