He believes you should never be alone and that we are stronger together. The Gulino Team also provides a team specific Transaction Coordinator and Real Estate Trainer. In addition to the support staff also provided by William Raveis Real Estate. Role Description This is a contract position, Professional Realtor role with The Gulino Team of William Raveis Real Estate. The Professional Realtor will support clients through the full real estate lifecycle, including prospecting, conducting virtual or in-person consultations, preparing and presenting listings, and guiding buyers through property searches. However, we believe in a hands-on approach to training and won't just leave you to figure it out on your own. We will be with you every step of the way. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating showings and open houses, and facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local Connecticut markets, using company tools and resources for comparative market analyses, and collaborating closely with the team to ensure a high level of client service. The Professional Realtor is expected to uphold ethical standards, maintain accurate records, and communicate promptly and professionally with all parties involved in each transaction.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in the state of Connecticut
  • Recent Graduate from Real Estate school with Practice & Principals 60hr-courses completed
  • Experience in residential Real Estate, including selling, buying, and transaction coordination.
  • Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, lead nurturing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-first mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, MLS platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, contract-based environment.
