The Product Owner for the Patient Pathway is responsible for shaping and delivering products and services that improve the end-to-end patient experience. Working closely with clinical, operational, and technology teams, they translate strategic priorities into clear product goals and measurable outcomes. They will be an experienced Product Owner with strong commercial awareness, capable of navigating complexity, making evidence-based decisions, and communicating a compelling product vision. Building trusted relationships across the organisation, they will influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment on priorities and trade-offs. Owning and prioritising the product backlog, they will lead outcome-focused delivery within an agile environment, ensuring teams remain focused on initiatives that deliver the greatest value for patients, operations, and the wider business. This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK. As our Product Owner you will: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to organisational goals, patient needs, and commercial priorities. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap across the patient pathway, balancing immediate delivery with long-term value. Identify opportunities to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, revenue, and business performance. Use effective storytelling and communication to explain priorities, trade-offs, and strategy to stakeholders. Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring focus on the highest-value outcomes and measurable benefits. Lead agile delivery activities, translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Use data, insights, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive prioritisation, decision-making, and continuous improvement. Analyse trends, risks, and opportunities to support evidence-based product development and optimisation. Build trusted relationships across clinical, operational, commercial, and technical teams, acting as a bridge between business and delivery functions. Apply strong commercial acumen to ensure product decisions support revenue growth, efficiency, scalability, and organisational sustainability. To succeed as our Product Owner, you will be: Comfortable operating within agile delivery frameworks and cross-functional teams, acting as a key link between technical, operational, and product functions. Experienced in working collaboratively with senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and complexity while maintaining focus, momentum, and clear direction. Able to communicate complex concepts effectively to a range of audiences and build alignment across teams to support successful product delivery. Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner within complex, fast-moving environments, consistently delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align product decisions to wider business objectives and performance. Highly data-driven, confident in using metrics, analytics, and insights to inform decision-making. Proven ability to manage and prioritise product backlogs effectively, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
