Your Tasks: Product management ORBIS Medication for the area of Pharmacy and Clinical Decision support Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy Communication with our customers and development partners Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams. Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation Support with the regulatory validation of ORBIS Medication versions You bring in: University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Medical Science or engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. experienced nurse) 3-5yr expertise in software industry in PM, R&D, Service, Customer support or 5-10yr experience in hospital environment Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum) Strong business acumen Motivated team player Excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus) Our benefits: Permanent employment contract with attractive salary for a long-term perspective Flexible working hours and working time models – for a good work-life-balance Home office incl.
