You will spearhead the product strategy to significantly boost developer velocity by making the entire outer loop AI-native, from deployment pipelines to autonomous incident resolution. The focus is on a fundamental reconstruction of software delivery and maintenance for the AI era, not incremental improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy for AI-native outer loop capabilities.
• Drive adoption of platform changes across engineering.
• Shape end-to-end CI/CD for non-deterministic AI output verification.
• Develop autonomous incident triage and RCA processes.
• Oversee agent identity and access infrastructure for scaled agentic workloads.

Must-Have Skills:

• Deep understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and AI's impact.
• Experience with or strong curiosity for AI agentic systems.
• Ability to drive adoption of platform capabilities without direct authority.

Experience in the technology industry, specifically with large-scale software delivery, AI agent operations, and production reliability is highly preferred.
