Get close to customers, identify compliance pain points and opportunities, and translate insights into clear product requirements and priorities. Drive execution from concept through launch by creating clarity, managing tradeoffs, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned on scope, timelines, and outcomes. Use data and product metrics to inform prioritization, evaluate impact, and continuously improve the customer experience.
