Job Description

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental and behavioral healthcare by delivering innovative, user-centered products that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This role owns the lifecycle of medium-scale products and features, driving strategy and execution in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market. Working at the intersection of healthcare and technology, this position helps bring AI-driven capabilities into the product experience, unlocking new ways to improve outcomes for providers and their clients. Through strong partnerships with a talented, collaborative team, the Product Manager leverages data, research, and critical thinking to define product vision, shape roadmaps, and guide delivery. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact—building solutions that enhance user experience, advance mental healthcare, and drive meaningful business outcomes. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-scale products and features, from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization. Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities. Translate complex problems into actionable product requirements, ensuring clarity for engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product experiences. Leverage qualitative and quantitative data, user research, and market insights to inform decisions and prioritize effectively. Drive the integration of AI-driven capabilities into the product, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, intelligence, and user value. Continuously evaluate product performance, using metrics and feedback loops to iterate and improve outcomes. Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and workflows—particularly within the mental and behavioral healthcare space. Collaborate within a high-performing, supportive team environment that values innovation, accountability, and shared success. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains differentiated in a dynamic market. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of product management experience, including managing the lifecycle of small to medium-scale products. Strong ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery. Demonstrated experience using data, research, and customer insights to inform product decisions. Familiarity with or interest in AI/ML-driven product capabilities and how they can be applied to improve user experiences and outcomes. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Customer-first mindset with a passion for building meaningful products that improve lives—especially within mental or behavioral healthcare. Additional Information While we've outlined some key qualities we typically seek, it's essential to remember that there might be additional unique strengths and talents you possess that would make you an exceptional match for us, even if they're not explicitly mentioned. Studies have consistently highlighted the significance of this principle, particularly for individuals from disenfranchised backgrounds, including women and other marginalized groups. These individuals often hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement, unlike their male counterparts who are more inclined to apply when they meet around 60% of the criteria. The message we want to convey is that taking a leap of faith and applying can be incredibly rewarding. Your distinct abilities and perspectives could be exactly what we need to create a more diverse and inclusive team. So, don't hesitate—apply today and let's explore the exciting possibilities together! All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. At Ensora Health, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging aren’t just words. We instill Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging into the fabric of our CARING culture and business, as we strive to be recognized not only as the leader in healthcare technology, but also for our intentional efforts to promote a diverse community. We will champion non-discriminatory practices throughout the employee and customer lifecycle; caring for every person regardless of race, national origin, color, religion, disability, sex, orientation, or familial status.
