About At BJAK, Product Leads don't just build products—they define the direction of the business. As a Product Lead, you'll own one or more strategic product areas, driving vision, strategy, and execution from concept to scale. Working closely with Engineering, AI, Design, and leadership, you'll solve complex customer problems, make high-impact product decisions, and shape products used by millions of users. This role is for builders who thrive in ambiguity, think long-term, move fast, and raise the standard for product excellence. Mission Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, identifying opportunities that drive customer value and long-term business growth. Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered products, partnering closely with Engineering, AI, and Design to transform complex technology into exceptional user experiences. Use customer insights, product metrics, and experimentation to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, make informed decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes. Align cross-functional teams around a shared vision, navigate technical and business trade-offs, and drive execution with speed and clarity.
