Responsibilities

• Lead all design functions across product, website, social media, partnerships, and other customer-facing channels
• Drive the end-to-end redesign of digital products and oversee major brand transformation initiatives
• Develop scalable design systems and visual standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to deliver high-quality design solutions and rapid product iterations
• Define and execute the company's long-term design strategy and creative vision

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in product design, visual design, UX/UI, or design leadership within fintech, consumer technology, or high-growth startups
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in product design, branding, visual storytelling, and user experience design
• Experience leading large-scale product redesigns, rebranding projects, and design system development
• Proficiency in visual, motion, and digital design with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
