The ideal candidate will be responsible for building complex dimensional data models, crafting compelling data stories through interactive reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative, agency-wide data solutions. The role requires expertise in developing and implementing data visualization solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced Power BI dashboards and reports. Build complex dimensional data models from the ground up. Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts using Python, M, and DAX for deep data analysis. Visualize and communicate data-driven insights through engaging and interactive reports. Collaborate with other teams to engineer agency-wide data solutions. Lead and direct the work of others as needed, applying creativity and a wide degree of latitude. Ensure best practices in data visualization, user experience, and performance optimization. Utilize Jira for project and task management as required.
