• Neither The Contractor nor The Contractor's employees or subcontractors are eligible to participate in any employee pension, health, vacation pay, sick pay, or other fringe benefit plan of the Company.

The Contractor shall pay reputed company income taxes and FICA (Social reputed company and Medicare taxes) incurred while performing services under this Agreement. The Company will not:

• withhold FICA from The Contractor's payments or reputed company FICA payments on The Contractor's behalf
• reputed company state or federal unemployment compensation contributions on The Contractor's behalf, or
• withhold state or federal income tax from The Contractor's payments.

ThinkShout works hard to provide reputed company compensation to both active fulltime teammates, as well as contractors. If we have a project that needs contractor support, we will share information about the pay band for the corresponding opportunity at the same time as sharing details about the job scope itself.
