Podcast Video Editor – Short-Form & Platform OptimizationThis role is focused on transforming long-form B2B podcast conversations into high-impact short-form video content optimized for today's leading social platforms. You will play a key role in shaping how expert discussions are repackaged into engaging, scroll-stopping clips designed for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The position requires a strong editorial mindset, combining storytelling, pacing, and platform-native editing techniques to maximize viewer engagement. You will work closely with content teams to identify the most compelling moments within interviews and turn them into polished, branded assets. In addition, you will continuously refine edits based on performance data and audience insights.
