Plaintiff Consumer Finance Litigation Attorney (FCRA) — Remote

Location: Remote (United States). No geographic requirements. Note: Must be an active California-barred attorney with deep FCRA experience and a proven track record in high-volume practice.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage a high-volume docket of FCRA-driven consumer finance matters
  • Drive case strategy: evaluate leverage, set litigation plans, and execute efficiently
  • Own motion practice: draft and supervise dispositive motions and key filings
  • Guide discovery strategy and ensure tight deadline control across matters
  • Lead settlement negotiations and mediations; position cases for strong outcomes
  • Partner with litigation leadership to improve templates, playbooks, and process
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team execution (as applicable)

Qualifications

  • Active member in good standing of the California Bar
  • 6+ years of litigation experience with substantial FCRA exposure
  • Demonstrated success in a high-volume docket environment
  • Strong legal writing and motion practice capability
  • Proven settlement negotiation skills and practical judgment
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable leading case strategy1+ years of litigation experience
