Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized training that meets each client's unique goals — strength, fat loss, mobility, conditioning, or general fitness.
• Craft programs that build foundational movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull) and progress safely toward each client's goals.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages consistency, enjoyment, and long-term progress.
• Use evidence-based programming and creative training methods to ensure consistent progress, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach is ideal but not required.
• NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or ISSA certification preferred (current CPR/AED required by most insurers).
• Comfort working with beginners, intermediate clients, and special populations.
• A true passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others build healthier lives.
• Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively coach clients of all levels.
