People Analytics Analyst

The Team: The People Analytics Analyst is a key member of the HR Technology & Analytics function, reporting to the Head of HR Technology & Analytics. This role is responsible for delivering scalable workforce reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across Mobility Global. The position combines technical expertise in Workday reporting and visualization tools with strong stakeholder partnership capabilities. The role contributes to the development of people analytics strategy and data governance standards, while executing high-impact reporting and insight delivery. Responsibilities and Impact: Reporting & Analytics Delivery Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Reporting and Discovery Boards, designing advanced reports, calculated fields, and dashboards aligned to business needs. Develop interactive dashboards and analytics using Power BI and Tableau, ensuring effective and audience-appropriate data visualization. Differentiate reporting solutions across operational, management, and executive levels. Analytics Strategy Partnership Partner closely with the Head of HR Technology & Analytics to: Define and evolve Mobility Global’s people analytics roadmap. Establish visualization standards appropriate for different stakeholder groups (Board, ELT, HR Leadership, People Leaders). Prioritize reporting initiatives aligned to enterprise objectives. Participate in defining scalable workforce analytics frameworks to support a growing global organization. Data Governance & Integrity Support the development and execution of HR data governance strategy, including: Standardized metric definitions and data dictionary management. Reporting security and access frameworks. Dashboard publication standards and version control. Data validation and quality assurance processes. Partner with HR Technology, HR COEs, and HR Shared Services to ensure data accuracy within Workday and downstream analytics tools. Stakeholder Engagement Conduct structured discovery sessions to translate business questions into measurable analytics outputs. Deliver executive-ready insights that connect workforce data to business outcomes. Support preparation of leadership reporting and board-level workforce materials through rigorous analysis. Continuous Improvement Identify automation opportunities and improve report efficiency. Enable structured self-service reporting capabilities where appropriate. Contribute to establishing HR Tech & Analytics as a trusted enterprise capability. What We are Looking For: Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, HR, Finance, or related discipline. 4–7 years of experience in workforce analytics, HR reporting, or business intelligence. Advanced expertise in Workday Reporting and Discovery Boards. Experience building dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau. Strong understanding of workforce data domains (headcount, attrition, performance, compensation, talent metrics). Experience operating within defined data governance frameworks. Strong analytical reasoning, structured problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
