NOW HIRING: Pediatric Dental Biller (Remote) We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pediatric Dental Biller with strong experience in U.S.-based pediatric dental practices to join our growing team and support healthcare providers remotely. Position Details Position: Pediatric Dental Biller Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time Work Setup: Fully Remote Compensation & Payment $5/hour during the first 90 days $6/hour after probationary period Biweekly payout Payment via Wise Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for pediatric dental practices Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) management and insurance follow-ups Perform accurate payment posting (ERA/EOB) Submit, track, and reconcile insurance claims Investigate denials and process appeals to maximize reimbursements Verify patient insurance eligibility and dental benefits Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim resolution and authorization requirements Requirements Proven experience as a Dental Biller in a U.S. pediatric dental setting Strong background in RCM, AR follow-ups, and payment posting Familiarity with CPT/ICD coding basics Experience using Curve EMR Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail and accuracy Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Availability to work during Pacific Time business hours Application Requirements Interested applicants must submit: Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) A 1-minute introduction video highlighting RCM and dental billing experience Valid government-issued ID List of billing systems and EMR/EHR platforms used How to Apply Submit your application through: Vital Virtuals Join a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in healthcare support.
