The primary responsibilities will pertain to patent preparation and prosecution, however there will also be the opportunity to support attorneys on a variety of other patent related work (e.g., patentability, right to use, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions, due diligence). Stable and diversified client base with sophisticated work. The technical mix will be partly dependent upon your technical expertise (e.g., industrial and consumer electronics, wireless telecommunications, networking protocols, databases, web and cloud services, artificial intelligence, machine learning, biomedical devices and systems, optics, materials engineering, etc.). Patent Agent Requirements:

• Minimum BS Engineering or Physics
• USPTO license
• Must have at least 3 years of solid patent preparation and prosecution experience
