About the Role

We’re looking for a consistent and creative video editor to support our weekly content. This role is best suited for someone early in their editing career who is looking to build experience and a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Edit 1 full podcast episode per week (light editing cuts, audio balance, flow)
• Create 4 short-form clips per week (30–40 seconds each)
• Ensure 1 clip highlights the main story or theme of the episode
• Add basic
• B-roll (when appropriate)
• Music and/or sound effects
• Maintain a consistent editing style across all content Time Commitment
• Approximately 5–8 hours per week
• Weekly deliverables must be submitted 1 week before publishing Qualifications
• Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Understanding of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Reliable with deadlines
• Strong attention to detail Nice to Have
