Position Overview We are actively seeking a meticulous and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join the careerzynith team on a part‑time, evening‑only basis. As a remote member of our data operations hub, you will play a critical role in ensuring that information flows accurately and efficiently into our core databases, supporting a wide range of business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from a variety of source documents—including PDFs, scanned images, spreadsheets, and handwritten notes—into careerzynith’s secure database platforms.
  • Perform routine quality‑control checks to verify data integrity, flag inconsistencies, and correct errors before final submission.
  • Organize and prioritize daily workload to meet established deadlines, ensuring that high‑volume periods are managed without compromising accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional team members—including project managers, analysts, and other data entry professionals—to streamline workflows and share best practices.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and company information, adhering to data protection policies and industry‑standard security protocols.
  • Provide timely updates on task progress through careerzynith’s project tracking tools, highlighting any obstacles that may affect delivery timelines.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data entry processes, suggesting automation or tool enhancements where appropriate.

Essential Qualifications
