About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Opportunity Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support daily operations across the Netherlands and Belgium/Luxembourg. The role requires frequent switching between tasks, handling both operational processing and customer communication (phone and email), while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. If you are a French-speaking professional with strong emotional intelligence and a natural sense of empathy, you could be a great fit for our team. Key responsibilities: Process daily pump and sensor orders, warranty forms and WeCare registrations Handle phone-based communication mainly with people with diabetes, wholesalers and healthcare providers Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Support.
