Overview

The Enrollment Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operational effectiveness of Enrollment Services through technology administration, process documentation, training support, reporting, and program implementation activities. This role serves as a key resource for enrollment systems and operational processes, helping ensure team members have the tools, resources, and support needed to effectively engage prospective students.

Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation, execution and deployment of best practices across the enrollment team Develop, and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures, onboarding resources, technology guides, and program-specific workflows Ensure documentation remains current and aligned with evolving processes, systems, and university partner requirements Troubleshoot system-related issues and partner with internal subject matter experts to resolve technology challenges Support onboarding of new Enrollment Services team members through technology and process training Prepare and distribute operational reports and data to internal stakeholders Communicate system updates, enhancements, and best practices to Enrollment Services team members Supports users with SharePoint, Centralized Application Service (including PTCAS, OTCAS, CASPA, CSDCAS) and stays current on changes and system improvements Partners with internal subject matter experts to ensure technology platforms that support Enrollment Services are optimized as business needs evolve Support the operational setup of new academic programs across enrollment systems and technology platforms Act as support for admissions team as application deadlines approach Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

  • College Degree or 2-4 yrs. of relevant experience

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting enrollment operations, admissions operations, CRM administration, higher education administration, or a related operational role. Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a service-oriented environment or university setting Key Qualifications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems.
