Position Description: The Online Sales Consultant is responsible for managing online sales efforts within the Division while providing administrative office support. This role focuses on converting internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. Responsible for responding to, qualifying, and managing all online leads and information requests. This role is eligible to work in any of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Huntsville, AL; Houston, TX; Nashville, TN; San Antonio, TX; Raleigh, NC. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all e-mail and phone leads immediately.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects to facilitate appointments with our New Home Consultants.
  • Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for all online leads.
  • Provide information and marketing material to prospects.
  • Utilize lead management software, Live Chat, and other web-based tools.
  • Help prospects determine the best community for their needs and set appointments with community appropriate community New Home Consultant.
  • Assist with new community launches by building interest lists for “Coming Soon” communities.
  • Coordinate with division marketer on mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials and e-blasts to prospective clients and Realtors.
  • Provide administrative office support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in real estate or homebuilding.
  • Advanced knowledge of internet, email, and sales databases.
  • Proficient in overcoming sales objections and concerns.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, database management).
  • Excellent email and phone communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Weekend availability and occasional travel required.
