Overview: I am seeking an experienced and highly accountable online personal trainer to provide live, 1-hour daily coaching sessions (6 days per week) while I train at the gym in London. The trainer will guide workouts in real time via video, ensuring proper form, progression, and consistency. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live, structured 1-hour training sessions via video call
• Design and periodize a tailored training program focused on fat loss and lean muscle gain
• Adapt workouts based on progress, recovery, and performance
• Track key metrics and adjust programming accordingly
• Provide guidance on training intensity, recovery, and basic nutrition principles
• Ensure proper exercise technique and injury prevention

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer (internationally recognized certification preferred)
• Proven experience in body recomposition (fat loss + muscle building)
• Strong understanding of strength training and progressive overload
• Fluent in English
• Reliable internet connection and ability to coach live sessions consistently
• Results-driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented
