Responsibilities

• Develop customized fitness plans tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and health conditions
• Conduct live virtual coaching sessions focusing on proper technique, motivation, and progress tracking
• Educate clients on anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to promote safe exercise practices
• Guide clients through group fitness classes and educational workshops to foster community engagement
• Utilize your sports coaching background to enhance performance and prevent injuries
• Promote fitness sales by encouraging program enrollment and upselling additional services or products
• Maintain detailed records of client progress, session notes, and program adjustments to ensure continuous improvement Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing effective workouts
• Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or teaching physical education
• Familiarity with program design tailored to diverse fitness levels and health conditions
• Background in body building sports coaching or athletic training highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate clients remotely
