About Phorest Phorest powers 11,000 hair and beauty salons and medi-spas using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company. We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster. The Opportunity As an Onboarding Specialist at Phorest, you’ll be at the heart of one of the most important moments in our customer journey — the very beginning. We’re growing our team and hiring multiple Onboarding Specialists over the coming year, making this an exciting time to join. You’ll partner with new salons as they launch with Phorest, guiding them through setup, education, and adoption so they can quickly see real value from the platform. Your goal isn’t just to get them live — it’s to set them up for long-term success and turn them into confident, thriving Phorest advocates. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates wins together and genuinely cares about helping customers succeed. What You’ll Do

  • Own a portfolio of onboarding salons each month (typically up to ~20), managing them through the full onboarding journey from kickoff to go-live.
  • Help salon owners quickly understand and realise the value of Phorest — from core setup to advanced features.
  • Design and deliver onboarding plans tailored to each business, including education through Phorest Academy, instructor-led training, and strategic guidance.
  • Drive strong product adoption across key features such as PhorestPay, Online Store, and Online Reputation.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from purchase to launch.
  • Lead “Graduation” conversations with salon owners, showcasing the impact Phorest is already delivering before they transition to our Grow team.
  • Forecast your monthly pipeline with your Team Lead and ensure your accounts successfully go live within agreed timelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point, solving challenges with practical, action-oriented solutions.

Who You Are

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role (onboarding, customer success, training, or similar).
  • Experience in the salon, beauty, or wellness industry — or with scheduling/software platforms — is a strong advantage.
  • You’re highly organised and thrive managing multiple customers and priorities at once.
  • You’re naturally customer-centric and genuinely enjoy helping businesses succeed.
  • You ask thoughtful questions, uncover real needs, and can confidently navigate complex customer requirements.
  • You’re proactive, responsive, and communicate clearly and professionally.
  • You bring strong empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence to your work.
  • You take ownership — when challenges arise, you focus on solutions.
  • You’re motivated by goals and enjoy pushing yourself to exceed expectations.
