Your work ensures that electronic health records and clinical data tools reflect real-world nursing workflows while supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Organization Alignerr Position Nursing Informatics Specialist Type Hourly Contract Compensation $35–$80 /hour Location Remote Commitment 10–40 hours/week What You’ll Do

  • Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into informatics and EHR system designs in collaboration with IT and technical teams.
  • Evaluate clinical and system data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve patient care and documentation quality.
  • Recommend and support enhancements to health information systems that improve care efficiency, usability, and clinical outcomes. What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT.
  • Hands-on experience working with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation workflows.
  • Strong ability to analyze clinical and system data and translate insights into system or workflow improvements. Preferred
