We are excited to share a wonderful opportunity with you. EDI/ Integration Specialist Location: Remote/ Hybrid - USA Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities 1. Functional Analysis & Business Process Design

• Lead discovery workshops with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to document current-state business processes and define future-state requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional design documents (FDDs) and technical design documents (TDDs)
• Configure NetSuite to support business requirements including chart of accounts, subsidiaries, intercompany transactions, and advanced revenue management
• Design and optimize core business flows: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR) and basic HR
• Perform fit-gap analysis between NetSuite standard functionality and business requirements; recommend and document custom solutions where standard functionality is insufficient

2. NetSuite Configuration & Administration

• Configure and maintain Roles, Permissions, and User Access controls in alignment with SOD (Segregation of Duties) requirements
• Set up and maintain Saved Searches, KPI Scorecards, Dashboards, and custom Report Snapshots for operational and executive users
• Build and configure custom forms, fields, sublists, and record types using the NetSuite Configuration layer
• Set up and manage multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and multi-book accounting configurations where applicable
• Configure approval workflows using SuiteFlow / Workflow Manager for purchase orders, expense reports, journals, and sales orders
• Manage NetSuite environments — Production, Sandbox, and Release Preview — including refresh cycles and change management

3. Technical Development (SuiteScript / SuiteCloud)

• Develop, test, and deploy SuiteScript 2.x scripts — including Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, Suitelet, Restlet, and Portlet types
• Build and maintain SuiteFlow automations for approval routing, record updates, and process automation
• Develop custom SuiteAnalytics Workbook reports and datasets for Finance and Operations reporting
• Create and maintain SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP) API integrations with third-party platforms including ERP add-ons, CRM (Salesforce), HRIS, e-commerce, and banking feeds
• Follow NetSuite SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) best practices including version control, scripted deployments, and bundle management

4. Integrations & Data Management

• Design, build, and support integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SuiteTalk, and third-party iPaaS platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, or similar)
• Lead data migration activities including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and import using CSV import, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk
• Develop and maintain integration mapping specifications and data flow diagrams
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled integrations, API failures, and data sync errors
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems through reconciliation and exception handling

5. Testing, QA & Change Management

• Develop and execute unit test scripts, integration test scripts, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans
• Document defects, manage resolution, and obtain sign-off from business stakeholders before go-live
• Manage releases through NetSuite SDF or sandbox-to-production promotion with proper documentation
• Develop end-user training materials and conduct role-based training sessions
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including configuration workbooks, script registers, and runbooks

6. Ongoing Support & Optimization

• Provide post-go-live hypercare support, triage production issues, and manage resolution within agreed SLA
• Monitor NetSuite Release Notes (bi-annual releases) and proactively assess impact of new features and deprecations
• Identify and recommend optimization opportunities — performance tuning, process improvements, automation, and cost reduction
• Serve as an escalation point for internal NetSuite administrators on complex configuration or script questions
• Maintain awareness of the NetSuite product roadmap and advise on strategic use of upcoming capabilities
