• Originate residential mortgage loans and guide clients through the loan process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and referral partners
• Analyze borrower financial and credit data to determine eligibility
• Ensure compliance with all lending regulations and company policies
• Manage pipeline and maintain consistent communication with clients and partners Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator
• Active NMLS license (required)
• Established relationships with real estate agents and referral networks
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
