What You'll Do
Guide Clients: Assist clients in navigating the mortgage loan process, from application through approval. Stay Connected: Maintain clear communication with processors and real estate agents throughout the closing process. Generate Opportunities: Market in your area to create and capture new loan opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Licensing: NMLS Origination License for states in the US. Customer Service: Strong skills in customer service and networking. Independence: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Experience: Familiarity with loan origination software is a plus, along with relevant certifications and licenses (NMLS, state-specific). Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience in the mortgage industry and a solid understanding of various loan products are beneficial. We welcome hunters, entrepreneurs, and mortgage teams.
