About the Position We are searching for a Mid-Level Structural Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related design engineering experience and will take a leadership role in structural design and analysis projects. In this position, you will mentor junior engineers while supporting proposal efforts and working on projects spanning multiple markets and geographies. The role offers opportunities to broaden your knowledge and deepen your skill set in building systems design. You will be responsible for moving efficiently through various design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation. This role can be based in one of our Pond offices or as a remote employee, providing flexibility in work location.
