Our clinical work is guided by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 20 years of clinical experience, who provides ongoing supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to our entire clinical team. Position Overview We are seeking Mental Health Counselors (MHC-LP) for a part-time or full-time, remote role providing psychotherapy via telehealth. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians and graduate-level trainees looking to develop their clinical skills within a supportive, supervision-focused, and culturally responsive environment. Qualifications

• Authorization to practice or train as a Mental Health Counselor in New York State (required)
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and outpatient psychotherapy
• Strong ethical standards and a client-centered approach
• Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required
