Position Overview: As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will serve as a key operational support in managing patient coordination, provider scheduling, and backend healthcare processes. This role requires a high level of accuracy, accountability, and adherence to strict service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure seamless daily operations.
