If you love the mix of design, storytelling, and data, you’ll fit right in. You’ll craft campaigns, launch lead magnets, and make sure every detail is effective and intentional. What you will do Design and build landing pages for the campaigns we’re launching, reports, webinars and our website in general Create visuals for ads, social posts, and emails that align with each campaign’s goal Study user behavior patterns to understand ways to drive conversions Help shape how our product is positioned to different ICPs Work closely with the content and growth teams to test new ideas Keep our visual style consistent and fresh across all channels. About you You have 3+ years of experience in marketing design You demonstrate strong proficiency in Figma for web design and marketing assets You have a strong understanding of conversion design principles (visual hierarchy & attention flow, emotional triggers, color psychology, and typography impact) You can create ad creatives for Meta, Google, X, and LinkedIn You are familiar with A/B testing and interpreting performance data You understand marketing funnels and lead-generation flows Nice to have Data visualization (charts, infographics) Knowledge of basic UX writing or copy principles Ability to explain a complex concept in simple terms What's in it for you Strong product with industry-best metrics.
