A boutique organisational consulting and leadership transformation practice is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Marketing & CRM Support professional for around 5 hours per week initially, to assist with content creation and lead management. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, refine, and post high-quality content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Use AI tools effectively and responsibly to support content development
• Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot or similar), ensuring accurate lead and contact records
• Follow up telephonically with inbound leads in a professional and engaging manner
• Support basic marketing and business development activities

Requirements

• Excellent command of English with a strong understanding of grammar and tone
• Proven experience using a CRM system (HubSpot or similar)
• Confidence in using AI tools for content creation and optimisation
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to engage authentically with clients
• Genuine interest in organisational consulting, leadership, and transformation work
